Order Processing Agreement (Required)
By placing an order with DFW Market Messenger, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
Your order is important to us. Once submitted, it enters our queue and will be processed in the order it is received.
If additional information is required, we will contact you. Otherwise, no follow-up from you is needed.
You will not receive a proof. Your flyer will be sent exactly as submitted, unless we reach out for clarification.
Due to higher volume on Fridays and weekends, our standard turnaround time is up to 24 hours.
Orders submitted after 5 PM CST on Friday will be reviewed the following Monday (excluding holidays).
Processing times may vary based on total order volume.
DFW Market Messenger has up to 24 hours from the time of submission to send your email blast.
Delivery may not occur on the same business day, depending on when your order enters the queue.
General Turnaround Time
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 5 PM CST are typically sent within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 5 PM or during weekends are processed the next business day.
Rush requests may be honored when possible but are not guaranteed.
File Requirements
To ensure optimal quality and email performance:
Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or PDF
Flyers should be 1080px wide or larger
Artwork must be final — we do not redesign or correct spelling/price errors
If the file is too small, blurry, or unreadable, we will contact you before sending
Please verify all details before submitting your flyer
Refund Policy
Once your blast has been created or scheduled, orders are non-refundable.
If your file contains an error and we have not yet scheduled your blast, we will pause and allow you to resend corrected artwork.
Duplicate orders submitted accidentally may be refunded if we are notified before the blast is created.
Sending Identity & Compliance
All campaigns are sent from: hello@dfwmarketmessenger.com
You may choose the From Name to appear as you or your team
We handle all unsubscribe requests and email compliance for you

DFW Market Messenger is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or compliance of the flyer or materials you upload. All artwork, information, and disclosures are the sole responsibility of the submitting agent.
DFW Market Messenger does not guarantee specific results, including open rates, click-through rates, engagement metrics, or property inquiries. Email performance may vary based on recipient mail servers, individual inbox settings, brokerage filters, and other factors outside our control.
DFW Market Messenger is not responsible for delays caused by technical issues, high-volume periods, or third-party platforms, including email providers, internet outages, or hosting platforms.
DFW Market Messenger is not liable for any direct or indirect losses, including lost sales, lost commissions, or missed opportunities, arising from the use of our email distribution service.
All campaigns are sent to a curated database of licensed real estate professionals. We do not guarantee delivery to every individual inbox, as final delivery is ultimately controlled by the recipient’s email provider and spam filtering systems.
By placing an order, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFW Market Messenger from any claims arising from the content you submit or the results of your email campaign.
